The real question is, what do you want for your future? Chemistry, programming or a third way?
If programming, deemphasize your education by keeping it at the end of your resume. Employers are more concerned about accomplishmenst and successes on the job. As time goes on, education becomes less relevant. In any case, a science background is probably a positive for a programmer.
If you want to go back to chemistry, leverage your programming background. I suspect that a chemist/programmer could be a hot commodity. |
