I provided some help on this resume a while back. It was geared to a specific job listing and helped land the interview. Most importantly, he was hired.

The after version is attached and my commentary follows:

• Fixed margins
• Made formatting consistent and more eye pleasing.
• Changed order of accomplishments.
• Moved employment history to before education
• Changed employment history to reverse chronological order
• Changed "summary" label to "Forex, Sales and Finance Professional" to show how the resume reflects the job requirements. This is what will keep them reading.
• As we discussed, I added a metric and rewrote the first accomplishment.
• Punched up the summary section.

  • Made the software sentence more generic.
  • Eliminated honest - many readers (including me) wonder why you'd think that was a question. It's a red flag. It may have made more sense for your current job because of access to cash.
  • Added the "motivate" phrase to further align the resume for a sales job.
